The good news is that tomorrow I have a workout scheduled. It will be a 4 mile tempo run @ 6:20 pace. On the same day last year I ran a 2 mile tempo run (6:04, 6:09), but I recall that I ran it pretty hard, which is not the point of a tempo run. If I nail the workout tomorrow, I will be pretty stoked on where my fitness is. One bummer is that it is scheduled to rain (100% chance of heavy rain, 1-2 inches) all day. But that don't befront me. I don't mind running in the rain. And that's not even the bad news.
The bad news is that I just gave into a craving. I LOVE POPCORN! And popcorn isn't too bad for you either-- you just shouldn't eat it at 1:02 am. But I guess the idea is that you are supposed to give in to your cravings/guilty pleasures every once in a while so that you do not ultimately snap and end up binge eating deep fried pigs feet. Still, I'd really rather not eat much popcorn and I definitely need to stop eating at night. So, I'm going to work on that!
